Returning or Exchanging Unwanted Goods
We understand that sometimes people change their mind or circumstances change and you no longer want the goods. With that in mind we offer a 14 day (from dispatch confirmation) returns policy. You may return the goods to ourselves within 14 days of that delivery confirmation notice, in an unused condition, in all the original packaging. You will be liable for the postage of those goods in those circumstances. Upon receipt of the return, we will issue a refund for those goods.

In the event that goods are received back missing their original packaging will may offer a partial refund. Where goods are damaged or in a used condition, we would only offer a full or partial refund under exceptional circumstances.
Returning Damanged or Incorrect Goods
We fully understand that accidents do happen from time to time, thankfully they are rare but they still can happen. In the rare event that we've sent out the wrong product, or that product is damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as you can so we can provide the appropriate way to resolve the given issue.
