Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30 day returns policy on all products purchased from us.

If you wish to return one of our products, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase inside the packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Once we have received and inspected your returned candle, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds are issued within 5-7 days of receiving the returned item. 

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect (e.g. we've shipped the wrong item to you). This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
